This IP address, 206.47.220.230, is registered to the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, and may be shared by multiple users. If the organization uses proxy servers or firewalls, this IP address may in fact represent many users at many physical computers.

For this reason, a message intended for one person may be received by another and a block may be shared by many. If you are editing from this address and are frustrated by irrelevant messages, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself. In some cases, you may temporarily be unable to create an account due to efforts to fight vandalism; if so, please see here.

If you are autoblocked repeatedly, we encourage you to contact your Internet service provider or IT department and ask them to contact Wikimedia's XFF project about enabling X-Forwarded-For HTTP headers on their proxy servers so that our editing blocks will affect only the intended user. Alternatively, you can list the IP at Wikipedia:WikiProject on XFFs.

Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking - if a block is needed, administrators should consider using a soft block with the template {{anonblock|optional comment}} as the block reason.

[edit] University of Toronto Mississauga

Your edit to "University of Toronto Mississauga" was reverted because the "South Building" is only one building, while the text described buildings in the entire campus. Please make sure you are providing the appropriate information, and I recommend you post on the discussion page before making any further changes. --Eikenhein 20:40, 30 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Minister vs Ministry

Hi, I've noticed you've been adding categories to articles. Unfortunately, adding Ministry of articles to categories about Ministers is inaccurate, since one is an agency or organization, and one is an individual who leads it. Please understand this distinction when categorizing articles. Thank you. Mindmatrix 14:43, 15 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] ROCA

Hi. I appreciate the work you've been putting in to the article, but I felt that your last series of edits distorted the boxes. Although they weren't necessarily "bad" edits, I think they were not especially necessary. So I hope you don't mind the fact I reverted them to keep things looking neat and tidy.

If you want to talk about a way to reinstate the changes whilst not affecting the overall layout, feel free to contact me on my talk page. Cheers, John Smith's 15:44, 28 August 2007 (UTC)

Hi again. About your changes after I reverted. Could we have a source in English for the number of humvees in service with the ROCA? I think we shouldn't put in every single vehicle in service with them - it looks a bit daft otherwise. But if you get a source as I mentioned with numbers it might make it worthwhile.

I removed the reference on the Avenger about it being on a humvee because the M1097 as far as I know is always mounted that way. John Smith's 16:18, 28 August 2007 (UTC)

Sorry, about the hummer - the article you cited says up to a thousand were affected by the faults. It doesnt say how many are in service. I'll leave the general entry in now, but I think it should be pulled if you can't get some total numbers in a week or so. John Smith's 19:10, 28 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] October 2007

[edit] Rainbow and Magic Lantern Cinemas

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Rainbow and Magic Lantern Cinemas, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you agree with the deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please add {{db-author}} to the top of Rainbow and Magic Lantern Cinemas. —BradV 16:40, 5 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Fleet Information

Please note when editing airline fleet details that previous operators or source of aircraft in a fleet is not usually relevant or encyclopedic information, particularly when the aircraft came from a now-defunct carrier like Canada 3000 as clearly their previously operated aircraft are now with several airlines around the world. It is not encyclopedic information and simply 'clogs up' fleet pages with unnecessary details. Thanks. SempreVolando (talk) 13:06, 4 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit]  :-)

I fixed an edit you made here: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Portsmouth_Naval_Shipyard&diff=205215524&oldid=201389751
I bet I know what happened! You were adding infoboxes to a couple dozen shipyard pages and you saw the words "Portsmouth, Virginia" right next to the infobox. But oops, that's not the right one! Looks like the disambiguation sentence caused confusion instead of preventing it this time!

You're an awesome person, though. I've been on Wikipedia six years and I wish I could do even half as much constructive work as you do. Soap Talk/Contributions 23:11, 12 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Paul Maurice

I'm not sure of what you're trying to do at Paul Maurice, but I've updated it to reflect Ron Wilson's hiring.-Wafulz (talk) 13:23, 10 June 2008 (UTC)
