Maybe you should read the policy yourself. "Similarly, slander, libel, or defamation of character is not to be tolerated on Wikipedia. True instances of such writing, which might legitimately expose Wikipedia to legal sanction, should immediately be called to the attention of an administrator and/or the community at large." In addition, extending a block for threatening legal action is not uniformly accepted. There have been no diff citations of this slander or libel you speak of. Similarly, just because an article includes a negative fact about something, it should be similarly discussed before being thought as slander. In any case, nothing can stop you from making a legal threat, but I find it highly unlikely you'll be able to make a case.
