From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This user has repeatedly vandalized articles, with the clearest intention of being destructive. Some of the edits involve racial slurs. Despite this, many of their edits have not resulted in warnings or blocks. Some may not even have been reverted, because they occur in infrequently viewed articles. Further abuse from this IP should result in an immediate block without further warning.
