Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Situationist International. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. freshacconcispeaktome 00:32, 23 December 2007 (UTC)

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to List of avant-garde artists. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. freshacconcispeaktome 00:35, 23 December 2007 (UTC)

Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Arthur (magazine). Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. freshacconcispeaktome 00:42, 23 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Tilting at windmills
The change you want to effect would more easily be brought about by efforts directed at less entrenched methods and traditions. You know you have to choose your battles. Boowah59 (talk) 10:34, 27 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Continued use of wikipedia for promotion
You have been temporarily blocked from editing Wikipedia for continuing to use Wikipedia for advertising. If you wish to make useful contributions, you are welcome to come back after the block expires.--Hu12 (talk) 21:26, 28 December 2007 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
