I removed the citation you added to Alpental Ownership and Development because it is:

  • It does not demonstrate that there is "Organized opposition" for the proposal, it just demonstrates that someone opposes the proposal.
  • Not a reliable source since we have no way of knowing who has written or posted it and we don't know if there is editorial oversight or third-party fact-checking.
  • The site is not verifiable because it does not cite sources and has no reputation.
