School IP address Attention:

This IP address, 204.81.7.13, is registered to New Brunswick Department of Education and may be shared by multiple users of an educational institution. If the institution uses proxy servers, this IP address may in fact represent many users at many physical computers.

For this reason a message intended for one person may be received by another. Similarly an innocent user may be blocked for another user's vandalism. If you are editing from this address and are frustrated by irrelevant messages, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself. In some cases you may temporarily be unable to create an account due to efforts to fight vandalism; if so, please read our advice on this situation.

Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking - if a block is needed, administrators should consider a soft block with the template {{schoolblock|optional comment}} as the block reason.

Note: In the event of persistent vandalism from this IP address, anonymous editing may be disabled for up to 1 year at a time. Abuse reports may also be forwarded to your school administration for investigation.
School staff who want to monitor vandalism from this IP address can subscribe to a web feed of this page in either RSS or Atom format.
Image:Info-pictogram.png Attention:

This IP address, 204.81.7.13, is registered to New Brunswick Department of Education and is shared by multiple users. Comments left on this page may be received by other users of this IP and appear to be irrelevant. Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking. In the event of vandalism from this address, efforts will be made to contact New Brunswick Department of Education to report abuse.

If you are an unregistered user operating from this address, note that this need not necessarily be the IP address of your machine. In many cases, it turns out to be the IP address of a proxy server that communicates between your browser and the Wikimedia servers. Such proxies are shared among a huge number of users compared to the number of persons using your particular machine. If you are frustrated by irrelevant comments appearing here, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself. However, you will still be unable to edit Wikipedia while the IP you are using is blocked.

Very sorry. This computer is a school computer that has been subject to use by multiple students. The block, while understandable, hinders others from using Wikipedia to its fullest potential.

[edit] District 2

Hi,

The IP Address 204.81.7.13/204.81.7.14 belongs to the New Brunswick Department of Education. The IP is infact a proxy.

I go to a school within District 2 named Bernice MacNaughton High School. I am very sorry that you have to deal with this nonsense being added/deleted from Wikipedia. I would love to help you guys with this matter.

You cannot simply block 1 school IP from using Wikipedia. If you block 204.81.7.13/14 from using the service, you block every school in the Department of Education.

Perhaps if you find a email that you can send the offenders nicknames to then the Department may be able to help you. Our District website is Department Of Education
