[edit] Your edit to Dallas, Texas

With no edit summary, it's hard to know why you changed the line that said, "in the Southwestern United States" to "in the Southern United States" ... did you have some information indicating that there was a different state in the Southwest that outdid Dallas in this regard? The two regions are very different, so just changing one to the other wouldn't be appropriate unless something indicates it's not true of the Southwest and is true of the South. Just wondering.
