Please do not remove Mariah Carey from the article. You have done it more than once. Do not remove valid and sourced claims from the article inorder to falsely prove that Madonna is the best-selling. That is considered POV.
Also, I should let you know that the IFPI list turned out to be fake; according to their PRO, they produced no such list. See reply to an email an editor sent them: read e-mail. Notice the e-mail address of the sender— it is directly from the IFPI headquarters.
You should also watch this video: Mariah Carey. In it, Carey was proclaimed as the 3rd best-selling artist; only behind Elvis and the Beatles. Its from the 2003 World Music Awards, which get their info directly from IFPI.Oran e (t) (c) (e) 23:42, 2 March 2006 (UTC)
