ED
Thanks for the information, I'm already aware of this. One of my friends sent me it who told me about ED (Ninja). ED killed Uncyclopedia in hits even. You probably won't see this because you were using an open proxy, but thanks for trying to make Wikipedia a better place! --AlexJohnc3 (talk) 16:23, 16 September 2006 (UTC)

Request reason: "hey where did armed blowfish's talk page go, i thought you guys were discussing how to unblock tor?"
Decline reason: "There is no clear consensus amoung admins that editing via TOR nodes is acceptable. I'm probably not alone in being uncomfortable about some of the ramifications of the effective ban on TOR but we are nowhere near a concensus that allows editing via TOR. — Spartaz Humbug! 12:06, 24 August 2007 (UTC)"

Request reason: "What is Tor? Why cant i use this internet cafe to edit wikipedeia?"
Decline reason: "For a general explanation of what Tor is, see Tor (anonymity network); for an explanation in terms of Wikipedia's policies, see WP:NOP. Sorry, but the potential for abuse on open proxies is very high. – Luna Santin (talk) 07:41, 4 April 2008 (UTC)"
