[edit] Edit warring at Rip Curl
- Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly, as you are doing in Rip Curl. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. Rather than reverting, discuss disputed changes on the talk page. The revision you want is not going to be implemented by edit warring. Thank you. -- Longhair\talk 23:37, 19 January 2007 (UTC)
You have been temporarily blocked for violation of the three-revert rule. Please feel free to return after the block expires, but also please make an effort to discuss your changes further in the future. -- Longhair\talk 00:03, 20 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Re: this edit
This is the only warning you will receive.
Your recent vandalism to Rip Curl will not be tolerated. The next time you vandalize a page, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. --wL<speak·check·chill> 10:18, 24 February 2007 (UTC)
This is your last warning. The next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to Forecasting, you will be blocked from editing. Kuru talk 23:27, 16 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] April 2007
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Ocean Beach. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content which gains a consensus among editors. Thank you. - If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
Please don't remove or otherwise vandalize warnings on your talk page. They remain there not to annoy you, but rather to keep track of communication with you, so that the administrators know whether their intervention is warranted; to remove them may be seen as disruptive. Should you continue, your talk page may be protected to prevent you from editing it. - Mike Rosoft 19:13, 17 April 2007 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
