Due to persistent vandalism (see edit log), editing by anonymous users from your school, library or institution's IP address may be currently disabled. You continue to have full access to read the encyclopedia. If you are logged in but still unable to edit, please follow these instructions. To prevent abuse, account creation via this IP address is probably also disabled.
If editing is required for class projects, please have your teacher or network administrator contact us (with reference to this IP address) at unblock-en-l from an email address listed on your school's website. Alternatively, if you have no Internet access at home, you may email us using your school-issued email address, telling us your preferred username. An account will be created for you. Please check on this list that the username you choose has not already been taken.
Thank you.

[edit] July 2005
It seems this IP address has been used for legitimate edits and a couple of cases of vandalism. My guess is that it is a shared house Internet connection. --Lukeisham 07:54, 25 July 2005 (UTC)
This IP address is of Hobart Collage in Tasmania --Widdma 01:11, 27 July 2005 (UTC)

This IP address is from my school. Some of us are responsible and help. SOme others here are not helpfull. If it continues, I will contact the school administrator, and get him to do something about it.
And this is actually a high school, not a college. Nice work in working out that much though.
Correction, this is the IP of the Tasmanian Department of Education, Australia. --Widdma 04:20, 22 September 2005 (UTC)
[edit] October 2005
Even more correct, this IP refers to a series of Tasmanian Government units, including departments and government business enterprises. Thus, people accesing internet from Hobart's Public Library, public schools' computer labs, and some companies will have this IP address. -- uncronopio 11:50, 4 October 2005.
Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. --Ryan Delaney talk 00:17, 7 October 2005 (UTC)
Actually this proxy server is maintained by Networking Tasmania, a seperate arm of Telstra which provides external network infrastructure to a huge majority of the non-commercial and government organisations in Tasmania. If there are problems, get in contact with them.
Actually, i know who is doing this, its Kakkarot. - Vegeta

You have been blocked for 2 weeks for continuing to vandalise Wikipedia despite repeated requests not to. Please note that this is now your third block, and any further acts of vandalism will result in a significantly longer ban. If you wish to make useful contributions, you are welcome to come back after the block expires. Until that time, you will be able to read all articles on Wikipedia, but not make page changes. Should you have any questions regarding this restriction, please do not hesitate to have your system administrator contact me directly. Best regards, Hall Monitor 23:19, 2 November 2005 (UTC)
