Just like ther previous editor, I consider your addition simple vandalism and unencyclopedic. None the less, I have submitted this matter to the administrator's notice board. Phil Welch is the Admin who blocked you, so he did read your reply on the Admin's notice board. As for a list of criteria for vandalism, I suggest you read up on Wikipedia guidlines and policies a bit more before making edits.
