From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Attention:

This IP address, 203.144.143.9, is registered to True Internet (Bangkok, Thailand), and may be shared by multiple users. If the organization uses proxy servers or firewalls, this IP address may in fact represent many users at many physical computers.

For this reason, a message intended for one person may be received by another and a block may be shared by many. If you are editing from this address and are frustrated by irrelevant messages, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself. In some cases, you may temporarily be unable to create an account due to efforts to fight vandalism; if so, please see here.

If you are autoblocked repeatedly, we encourage you to contact your Internet service provider or IT department and ask them to contact Wikimedia's XFF project about enabling X-Forwarded-For HTTP headers on their proxy servers so that our editing blocks will affect only the intended user. Alternatively, you can list the IP at Wikipedia:WikiProject on XFFs.

Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking - if a block is needed, administrators should consider using a soft block with the template {{anonblock|optional comment}} as the block reason.

Note: In the event of vandalism from this address, abuse reports may be sent to your network administrator for further investigation.
IT staff who want to monitor vandalism from this IP address can subscribe to a web feed of this page in either RSS or Atom format.

[edit] Who uses this IP?

It's one of the major gateway-IPs (of a couple) for many thousends of users in Thailand, since we only have one (governmental) agency that is allowed to have the external connection, and as such they handle it (all requested outgoing traffic from local ISPs) via some badly configured proxys.

Just a FYI.

[edit] Warning: Violation of 3 Revert Rule

Please stop this revert war or you could get banned. The picture of Thaksin side-by-side with Mr. "Akbar" has no business being in the biographical article of the Prime Minister of Thailand. The original photo is from the US Department of State is can appear on Wikipedia. You are close to violating the 3 revert rule (see Three-revert rule for more information). If you revert the article one more time in a 24 hour period, you will be reported and your IP will be banned. Patiwat 09:08, 19 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] User notice: temporary 3RR block

[edit] Regarding reversions[1] made on May 19, 2006 (UTC) to Thaksin Shinawatra

You have been temporarily blocked for violation of the three-revert rule. Please feel free to return after the block expires, but also please make an effort to discuss your changes further in the future.

The duration of the block is 8 hours. William M. Connolley 19:27, 19 May 2006 (UTC)

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did in Mortgage. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites that you are affiliated with, and links that exist to attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policies for further explanations of links that are considered appropriate. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. See the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did in Korean wine. It is considered spamming, and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising. Thanks. Picaroon9288 20:57, 15 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Regarding edits made during December 20, 2006 (UTC) to User:Elaragirl
