Hello,
you removed the ``convective term" in the integral form of Faraday's law. As a result now the equation
\oint_{\pa S} E dl = - d \Phi_{B,S}/dt
is just wrong. Simply does not follow from the differential version since no assumption on the stationarity of the circuit has been made. How does then the dinamo work?
The circuit moves (rotates) in a time-independent magnetic field, hence E is irrotational, If you use your form the LHS is zero (E is irrotational) and the RHS is nonzero (the flux linked to the circuit depends on time since the circuit does).
I am not going to correct it though, since then you would be undoing it again and I have better things to do. Cheers.
