201 Folsom Street is the second phase of Tishman Speyer's massive two block development in South of Market, San Francisco. It is located one block to the southwest of the project's first phase: 300 Spear Street.[2] 201 Folsom I will stand 43 stories tall[3] and 201 Folsom II will stand 38 stories tall.[A][B][4] The entire complex will contain 820 units.[1]
