The 2007 TAAG Angola Airlines crash was a fatal accident in which a Boeing 737-2M2 owned by TAAG Angola Airlines undershot the runway upon landing in M'banza-Kongo, causing the collapse of the right main landing gear. The plane collided with two cars and a buildings, resulting in the deaths of four passengers and one crew member.

In the wake of the accident, the European Union placed TAAG Angola Airlines on its "black list" due to safety concerns. The final European flight for the carrier landed in Lisbon on July 5, 2007.[citation needed]
