The 2006 CEMAC Cup was the third edition of the CEMAC Cup, the football championship of Central African nations

The tournament was held in the Equatorial Guinea. The tournament was played by 6 teams, with three in Group A and B. The top 2 teams in each group, advance to the semifinals.
