I am a HUGE FAN of Wikipedia. My father and brother introduced me to it who are also long-time editors. The only issue I find with the site are the occasional battles that takes place between editors who argue over semantics and article quality. This would normally be fine if we could all sit opposite each other on a table and discuss facts and how each of us interpret them. Since that is not the case, I often see editors arguing over unnecessary or time-wasting issues. My father who has been with Wikipedia from the start agrees with me and now selects his battles carefully as to not waste his time. I still say, why battle at all? But maybe thats the difference between meticulous obsession and simply analyzing the facts being presented.
