Portion used	Since this is a single static screenshot, it comprises a very small portion of the original copyrighted program.
Low resolution?	Resolution is identical to the original, which is necessary for the text and graphics to be readable. A smaller size would not be feasible.
Purpose of use	The screenshot serves an important encyclopedic purpose by illustrating what the 1by1 software looks like. A textual description would not adequately do so.
Replaceable?	Since this is proprietary software, it would be impossible to obtain a free screenshot without specific permission from the author.
