[edit] Funny things

Who doesn't enjoy funny things?! Have you been to Bad Jokes and Other Deleted Nonsense yet? Feel free to add anything particularly amusing you find on Wikipedia. the wub (talk) 14:13, 4 Jun 2005 (UTC)

Agreed. I go to the Uncyclopedia here - the BJAODN page is a little crowded. Uncyclopedia even has Canadian Idiot and it's article. -Hyad 01:11, August 23, 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Babel

You can add the "native speaker of English" tag by adding {{Babel-1|en}} to your user page. Complete instructions are available at Wikipedia:Babel. -- Reinyday

[edit] Obi

Hi 1 black hand, I took a look at the article Obi (sash) and found a lot of information there. Someone has added a lot in the last few days. If there's something you want that's missing, I'll be glad to help (although I don't know much), or you can ask at Wikipedia:Japanese Wikipedians' notice board (or the Talk page). [edit] Images with 'unsure' copyright status

Hi there, I've found your {{Don't know}} tags on Image:Nadja Salerno-Sonnenberg.jpg, Image:Nss.jpgNadja Salerno-Sonnenberg.jpg and Image:Nadja4.jpg. I have determined that all of the images are copyrighted, however I believe that we may use Image:Nadja Salerno-Sonnenberg.jpg under fair use and have added the appropriate tag to the image. As we are using this image, I don't think we can get away with using the other two under fair use as well (they aren't very good images any way) so I will have to mark these for deletion. Any questions, feel free to ask on my talk page. Thanks. David Johnson [T|C] 00:52, 21 December 2005 (UTC)

  • Oops, I missed Image:Fun04Nadja Salerno-Sonnenberg.jpg. I'm afraid that one will have to go as well. You might however want to try asking for permission to use the images - she would have to choose an acceptable license which allows use by third-parties though, which she may not be too keen to do. David Johnson [T|C] 01:03, 21 December 2005 (UTC)
You have 7 days to determine the copyright on the images before they are deleted. I have re-tagged them as such. -SCEhardT 03:12, 21 December 2005 (UTC)
I have clarified the exact source on Image:Fun04Nadja Salerno-Sonnenberg.jpg but that image is clearly copyrighted, and I do not think a good case for fair use can be made on that image. if you think it is a reasoanble case of fair use, please add {{Non-free fair use in}} to the image page. Type {{fairusein|NAMEofARTICLE}} replacing NAMEofARTICLE with the exact name of the article where you thing this image may be used under fair use, and add a detailed rationale of why this qualifies as fair use. If you don't do this, the image will almost certianly be deleted in the near future. DES (talk) 16:23, 6 January 2006 (UTC)

I honestly hope that you have left Wikipedia for good
