[edit] Agatha

An interesting error on Agatha. The NHC track map (in the infobox) and at the NHC's archive both state Agatha was a hurricane (its type H not TS). However the TCR is for a 55kt TS and the track map itself shows that it never became a hurricane...--Nilfanion (talk) 22:31, 5 July 2006 (UTC)

Very interesting indeed. Maybe they initially planned on upgrading Agatha to hurricane status in post-analysis? I dunno, but they are only humans. I suppose they're free to make mistakes once in a while. --Hurricanehink (talk) 22:35, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
Its just a very simple typo by whoever made the track map up (they put a H in instead of T). The track map itself shows that Agatha was a TS. I corrected the commons map.--Nilfanion (talk) 22:54, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
Well, T and H aren't that easy to mistake. Thanks for correcting it. --Hurricanehink (talk) 23:47, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
It says Hurricane Agatha here too [1]. It mentions 55 knots as well. I guess they said that because it had an eye. Good kitty 00:41, 11 December 2006 (UTC)
