1998 Paris-Roubaix

These are the results for the 1998 edition of the Paris-Roubaix cycling classic, in which Franco Ballerini won and Mapei-Bricobi team took all positions in the podium.

In this edition Johan Museeuw had a fall in Arenberg Forest cobblestones section, in which his knee was shattered. On top of this came a dangerous infection which almost caused him to lose the injured leg.
