There are less advertorial ways of linking to those journals. Please have a look at thyroid. I think that low-key link is more helpful. JFW | T@lk 17:01, 29 December 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Please knock off the promotional links
Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. It is considered spamming, and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising. Thanks.
I see that in spite of several requests (JFW's above plus more in edit summaries) asking you to stop adding links to promote your publications, you have continued to do so over many months. I also note that your account is just one of at least 3 accounts being used to add these links to various Mary Ann Liebert, Inc. publications:
Consider and reflect on this: many of the volunteers who write and maintain these articles are the very same medical and scientific professionals you are trying to encourage to use your products. Wasting their time by forcing them to keep deleting your links may get them to notice Mary Ann Liebert, but in an unfavorable light.
Note to other editors: Collectively, these accounts have received multiple requests to stop self promotional activity for this company. See "Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Spam#Need help with Mary Ann Liebert, Inc." for more details.
