Attention:

This IP address, 198.54.202.5, is registered to SAIX and may be shared by multiple users. Comments left on this page may be received by other users of this IP and appear to be irrelevant. Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking.

If you are an unregistered user operating from this address, note that this need not necessarily be the IP address of your machine. In many cases, it turns out to be the IP address of a proxy server that communicates between your browser and the Wikimedia servers. Such proxies are shared among a huge number of users compared to the number of persons using your particular machine. If you are frustrated by irrelevant comments appearing here, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself.

However, you might still be unable to edit Wikipedia if the IP you are using is blocked due to a MediaWiki "feature". In such a case you could request to be unblocked.

In the event of vandalism from this address, efforts will be made to contact SAIX to report network abuse.

! It has been a while since your last warning. Unconstructive edits are considered vandalism, and if you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the hard work of others. Thanks. — FireFox (υ|τ) 12:34, 01 May 2006

This is your last warning. The next time you vandalise a page, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. — FireFox (υ|τ) 12:36, 01 May 2006

[edit] Extended block

I have blocked you from contributing to Wikipedia for an extended period of time. If you wish for the block to be lifted, please reply on this talk page and we can begin to discuss why you have been blocked and what you can do to change your behavior. Nandesuka 11:25, 5 May 2006 (UTC)

Please unblock this IP address as soon as possible! It seems to be a recent addition to the SAIX transparent proxy server cluster, which a large proportion of South African web traffic goes through. (See my user page, and User:Dewet/SAIX proxies, for a list of other addresses in the cluster, and their user/talk pages.) Dewet has already sent a request to get the address added to the Trusted XFF list. --Piet Delport (manually signed)
I've dropped the block to a day, which hopefully will give enough time for the vandal to get bored and give up.Nandesuka 17:38, 5 May 2006 (UTC)
The IP is still blocked...please help! --Chris Lester (manual signature)
Unblocked to prevent damage. It should be noted that if the vandalism continues, it is likely that the IP will remain blocked. Ian13/talk 17:08, 6 May 2006 (UTC)
