Wikipedia publishes information that is factual and has already been published in reliable sources. Is there information in this article that is not accurate, or is there another reason that's valid under Wikipedia's policy that the article should be deleted? Articles get deleted if the subjects they are about are not notable, but not merely because their subjects request deletion. If there's a reason that this article should be deleted, or needs to be corrected, you can post it here, and I'll be glad to help if I can. Unfortunately, you've chosen to make a legal threat. Wikipedia has a firm rule that people who are involved in legal proceedings against Wikipedia shouldn't edit here; all communication between you and Wikipedia should now be happening through lawyers, officially. If you aren't really going to sue, but were just making an idle threat, then you are welcome to withdraw the threat, fully and unconditionally.
