1986 Australian 2.0 Litre Touring Car Championship

The 1986 Australian 2.0 Litre Touring Car Championship was open to "Group A" Touring Cars of under 2.0 litre capacity. The title was contested over a five round series.
- Round 1 : Sandown Raceway, Victoria, 13 April
- Round 2 : Adelaide International Raceway, South Australia, 27 April
- Round 3 : Calder Park Raceway, Victoria, 1 June
- Round 4 : Oran Park Raceway, New South Wales, 13 July
- Round 5 : Lakeside International Raceway, Queensland, 27 July
This was the first of three such championships to be awarded by the Confederation of Australian Motor Sport.
