By the way, what's a "trainman" ?--Sonjaaa 13:14, 5 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Formatting Attempt (#1)

I made a few small changes and split the article into sections under headers (as requested), but I still feel there's a lot of information missing at this point.

[edit] Clarification needed

I think some clarification is need in the first sentence under teh section "Aftermath":

At 11:53 p.m. at the Mavis Road crossing, the undercarriage separated from the track, causing the train and numerous cars to collide. Some propane cars burst into flames.
  • Were the "cars" on the road at the crossing or train cars (carriages)?

Cars, I'm fairly certain. I changed it to "automobiles" - I don't like the word, so if anyone's got a better way of making it unambiguous, please go ahead. --Sam Blanning(talk) 19:02, 6 May 2006 (UTC)
Based on reading the referenced article, I'm pretty confident that this refers to train cars, not automobiles. I changed it to "tanker cars filled with propane".
I'll have a think about that and if I come up with something I'll attempt to rework it: automobile covers it for now, though!
