The 1968 Ohio State Buckeyes football team is often considered to be the the Buckeye best team in any Ohio State fan's mind. They were led by College football Hall Of Fame Quarterback Rex Kern. Legendary Coach Woody Hayes had a great class upcoming and for the first time, would use the pass more than the run. The Buckeyes crushed any team that in their way of a national championship. The Scarlet and Grey are also remember form this year for it being the largest victory over long-time foe Michigan 50-14. This was also the first year the Buckeyes wore the famous Buckeye pride stickers on their helmets that are a reward for good plays for a Buckeye player, the first team to do so.
