DYNAMIC IP ADDRESS. This is a DYNAMIC IP ADDRESS used by Freeserve, one of the UK's biggest ISPs. I will not be on this IP address for long, the next person won't be either. If you want to pass on a message, you'd better do it fast or you'll miss the person! Complaining about things is completely useless! But I just know you're all going to do it anyway!
