Hello, I have a little problem. When I try to edit any wikipedia pages, I am re-routed to a page that says my IP address has been blocked from editing any pages and that my IP address is: 195.229.236.250

I used a method (Windows start up then Run and I open a command prompt window and type "ipconfig /all") to check what my IP address is, and it turned out to be: 192.168.1.106

Also, I viewed the user talk page for this IP address, and it seems that I have been accused of making edits to pages I've never even opened before. A person named "Sanju" sent a message saying that he cannot create an account. I assure you I am definitely not a "Sanju" and I do not know anyone by that name.

Now I do not know how or why this has happened, but I request you unblock this IP address or at least allow me to create an account so as to avoid any further problems.
