Many thanks for providing a reference for your claim in Formby, as factual accuracy should be what Wikipedia is about. I was questioning your wording because of that. Having also lived there myself in the recent past, the word "sleepy" was certainly not how I would describe it! It appears that the article you cite also disagrees with that description too.
