Fair use for Hy Turkin & S.C. Thompson

Although this picture is subject to copyright, it is allowed for fair use because the use of a single cover "to illustrate an article discussing the book in question" is allowed. Specifically:

1. it is a low resolution copy of a book cover;
2. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the book in any way; this version of the book is out of print
3. copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the cover artwork on another book;

In each case, the article is used on a page about the book's author/editor. This the authors' only book, and the bulk of the article is spent discussing this book.
