1951 Team Speedway Polish Championship season was the fourth season and is used to determine the Team Polish Champion.
In First League, matchs were played with part two teams, without it playing it matchs return. It made up the team six riders plus two reserve. The score of heat: 3-2-1-0. Mecz consisted with 9 heats. For winning game team received 2 points, lost - 0 points. The riders from main squad started in match three times. The quantity of small points was has added up.
Before season they Main Commission of Physical Education (Polish: Główna Komisja Kultury Fizycznej, GKKF) and Sport' Commission of Polish Motor Union established, that to create Speedway League folded from 10 teams:
- six teams who representatives of Sport Unions of Professional Associations (Zrzeszenia Sportowych Związków Zawodowych): Unia Leszno, Budowlani Warszawa, Ogniwo Bytom, Górnik Rybnik, Stal Ostrów Wlkp. and Kolejarz Rawicz,
- one team who representatives of Army: CWKS Warszawa,
- one team who representatives of Police: Gwardia Bydgoszcz after Race-Off,
- two another teams: Włókniarz Częstochowa and Spójnia Wrocław.
On 23 April 1951 in Rzeszów Police' Speedway Clubs played Race-Off. Won Gwardia Bydgoszcz and qualify to League. In this event was played Gwardia Poznań and Gwardia Rzeszów.
