Please do not add commercial links or links to your own private websites to Wikipedia, as you did in Failure mode and effects analysis. Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or a mere collection of external links. You are, however, encouraged to add content instead of links. See the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Thanks. A link to the edit I have reverted can be found here: link. If you believe this edit should not have been reverted, please contact me. --AbsolutDan (talk) 13:07, 3 August 2006 (UTC)

Please stop adding commercial links to Wikipedia, as you did in Change management. It is considered spamming, and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising. Thanks. A link to the edit I have reverted can be found here: link. If you believe this edit should not have been reverted, please contact me. --AbsolutDan (talk) 13:08, 3 August 2006 (UTC)

Please stop. If you continue to use Wikipedia for advertising, as you did in Team building, you will be blocked from editing. A link to the edit I have reverted can be found here: link. If you believe this edit should not have been reverted, please contact me. --AbsolutDan (talk) 13:11, 3 August 2006 (UTC)

This is your last warning. The next time you insert a spam link, as you did in Interim Management, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. A link to the edit I have reverted can be found here: link. If you believe this edit should not have been reverted, please contact me. --AbsolutDan (talk) 00:11, 4 August 2006 (UTC)

In response to your message on my talk page [1], just because one of us may not have yet had the chance to review other links doesn't mean Wikipedia has any obligation to host your link. Also, you added the link to multiple articles in violation of WP:SPAM guidelines. Please review both WP:SPAM and WP:EL for further information about the types of links that are acceptable and the methods of link adding that are not. If you have any further questions, let me know --AbsolutDan (talk) 12:35, 4 August 2006 (UTC)

No problem! We were all new at some point. in fact, allow me to formally welcome you to the Wikipedia project:

[edit] Welcome

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

Here are some other hints and tips:

  • I would recommend that you get a username. You don't have to log in to read or edit articles on Wikipedia, but creating an account is quick, free and non-intrusive, requires no personal information, and there are many benefits of having a username. (If you edit without a username, your IP address is used to identify you instead.)
  • When using talk pages, please sign your name at the end of your messages by typing four tildes (~~~~). This will automatically produce your username (or IP address) and the date.

If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question, ask me on my Talk page, or type {{helpme}} on this talk page and a user will help you as soon as possible. I will answer your questions as far as I can. Again, welcome!

Thank you again for contributing to Wikipedia. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian. --AbsolutDan (talk) 17:26, 4 August 2006 (UTC)
