This is a college ip and some users do mess with the pages, with hundreds of computers online and some who think there funny by doing it i probly think it would be best to ban the ip as i like Wikipedia. But at the same time i'd ask for the ip not to be banned as its usefull to use wiki for work even if some complete idiots mess around

By the way, when an account is blocked you can still access Wikipedia, you just cannot edit articles. Furthermore, good faith editors from a shared IP that has been blocked can normally still edit articles by creating their own accounts. -SpuriousQ 12:36, 24 January 2007 (UTC)
