[edit] Welcome
Hello, welcome to Wikipedia. It might be a good idea to create an account so you can continue conversations and not have to share an edit history with others at Parliament of the United Kingdom. You do not have to use your real name. --Audiovideo 20:40, 4 Apr 2005 (UTC)
- Please stop removing references from the Independent Green Voice article. The issue is not whether they are about the "main subject", but whether they provide evidence for statements in the article. Warofdreams talk 14:09, 23 March 2006 (UTC)
- Please stop adding nonsense to wikipedia, as you did with Midrash. The comment is funny, but is considered vandalism and really doesn't help make Wikipedia a better resource. --DreamsReign 11:07, 12 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Sarah Teather
Wikipedia is not a warzone for a political candidate. Actively communicate and engage in dialogue on the Talk page or you will blocked from editing. Back up ANY AND ALL deletions and additions to this page or that of Dawn Butler with references from news sources/reliable sources and reasoning based on Wikipedia policy. Thankyou 189.142.176.106 10:08, 19 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Warning regarding articles Dawn Butler and Sarah Teather
You should wait for others to write an article about subjects in which you are personally involved. This applies to articles about you, your achievements, your business, your publications, your website, your relatives, and any other possible conflict of interest.
Creating an article about yourself is strongly discouraged. If you create such an article, it might be listed on articles for deletion. Deletion is not certain, but many feel strongly that you should not start articles about yourself. This is because independent creation encourages independent validation of both significance and verifiability. All edits to articles must conform to Wikipedia:No original research, Wikipedia:Neutral point of view, and Wikipedia:Verifiability.
If you are not "notable" under Wikipedia guidelines, creating an article about yourself may violate the policy that Wikipedia is not a personal webspace provider and would thus qualify for speedy deletion. If your achievements, etc., are verifiable and genuinely notable, and thus suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later. (See Wikipedia:Wikipedians with articles.) Thank you. — OwenBlacker 17:44, 6 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Sarah Teather
From what I understand this is a shared IP address in HoP, but if you did not make the edit to Sarah Teather [1] then you may ignore this message. The information I added to the article today was to bring the article in line with Wikipedia guidelines. I understand that the subject has expressed concerns over WP:BLP to do with MPs. So I removed most of the material which is not about Sarah directly but which speculates about things which are not part of Sarah's bio. This includes detail edits which talk about other people and which analyses the results in 2003 and 2005. She won and then increased her majority, the by-election was the first loss in 15 years, these are the facts, anything else is unsourced speculation. I also add that Sarah's height is only notable if it is a growth disorder, which I assume it is not. When you re-edited the statement about baby of the house you removed a sourced statement, this is frowned upon, do not removed sourced information from the article, but feel free to add sourced info, or find sources for those statements currently without sources. I am going to paste a level 2 warning below this message, if you do not know the fully how to edit the article to add the information you want do not hesitate to message me at my talk page. This IP has several warnings, you are in danger of this IP being blocked if you continue to edit like this.
Please refrain from making test edits in Wikipedia articles even if your ultimate intention is to fix them. Such edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Darrenhusted 16:09, 16 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] John Bercow
Although there has been a great deal of speculation, no news source has announced that John Bercow is joining the Labour Party. Can you stop adding this information? Unless it happens and there is a reliable source to confirm it, it contravenes policy on biographies of living people, being a controversial claim. Sam Blacketer 10:16, 3 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Jim Murphy
I have reverted the changes you made to Jim Murphy. Before changing again, please read the talkpage for that article - in brief, there are breaches of WP:NPOV and the syntax needs sorting out.
Many thanks Grblundell 20:33, 8 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] AfD nomination of Hayley Matthews
An editor has nominated Hayley Matthews, an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").
Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Hayley Matthews and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).
You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 13:29, 8 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Belvedere Incinerator
Please note that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia not a soapbox. It appears that the incinerator is opposed by local representatives of all political persuasions including the Mayor of London (Labour), local MP (labour), Bexley council (Conservative) and individual councillors (Conservative) who are not in themselves notable enough to appear in an encyclopedia. It is perfectly reasonable to report the controversy. However your recent edits to this article seem to have been made to promote the political interests of specific councillors of one political party, and multiple references given that are links to a party political website, not to impartial sources of reference, and in the period running up to local elections. Please no not continue to do this. Pterre (talk) 16:26, 26 March 2008 (UTC)
