On page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smart_card you placed a link to http://www.link.pt/conteudos/artigos/lista_artigos.aspx?idc=106&idsc=187&lang_id=2. There a few problems with this:
1. Links to external pages should be in the references section if the content of that page was used to produce the article (does not seem the case).
2. It seems that the page has not the most adequate content, especially if it is taken in consideration that an article about LisboaViva already exists in Wikipedia.
3. I hope it is not a publicitary attitude.
