I think this page should be moved to 1946 Lake Success Protocol, as this appears to be the most common short name for it (Yahoo finds 18 matches for "1946 Lake Success Protocol", and 18 for "Lake Success Protocol", although something is a little wierd about those numbers, because I did see one page with the latter string on it, so that second number should be been at least 19). A few sources call it the "1946 Protocol", but that's obviously not unique enough. Noel (talk) 22:33, 4 Jun 2005 (UTC)
