Welcome!

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions.

Currently, you are editing without a username. You can continue to do so as you are not required to log in to Wikipedia to read and write articles, however, logging in will result in a username being shown instead of your IP address (yours is 193.254.155.48). Logging in does not require any personal details. There are many other benefits for logging in to Wikipedia. For now, if you are stuck, you can type {{helpme}} on this page and an experienced Wikipedian will be around to answer any questions you may have.

Please note these points:

  • Please respect others' copyrights; do not copy and paste the contents from webpages directly.
  • Please use a neutral point of view to edit the article; this is possibly the most important Wikipedia policy.
  • If you are testing, please use the Sandbox to do that.
  • Do not add unreasonable contents into any articles, such as: copyrighted texts, advertisement messages, and texts that are not related to that article. Both adding such unreasonable information and editing articles maliciously are considered vandalism. A user who repeatedly vandalises articles will be blocked from editing.

The Wikipedia Tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, ask me on [[User_talk:{{{1}}}|my Talk page]] – I will answer your questions as far as I can! Thank you again for contributing to Wikipedia.

[edit] Michel LeGray

I deleted that whole chunk on Michel LeGray; it is in an unusual writing style, and cites no references. Please can you point me to the location where this info is from. Y control 10:52, 12 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] 3RR

You are in violation of the Wikipedia:Three-revert rule, and have reached 4 reverts in the Iraq Conflict article. Please respect the rule, and undo your last reversion, which it notes is typically enough to avoid being blocked. Rangeley 15:58, 3 July 2006 (UTC)

User has been reported already. I did now know you could even undo reverts. --zero faults |sockpuppets| 16:35, 3 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] User notice: temporary 3RR block

[edit] Regarding reversions[1] made on July 3, 2006 (UTC) to Iraq_Conflict

You have been temporarily blocked for violation of the three-revert rule. Please feel free to return after the block expires, but also please make an effort to discuss your changes further in the future.
The duration of the block is 8 hours. William M. Connolley 18:18, 3 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] ChemicalSources

Ah, that is what people want! I could never figure out why people were making the template source unreadable by removing newlines. I have solved it now, I think, test:

--without parameters: {{ChemicalSources}}-- Template:ChemicalSources --and with parameters: {{ChemicalSources|cas=123-45-6}}-- Template:ChemicalSources --

There should be no empty lines anymore, now .. that works. Only the 'code' of the template is now unreadable .. well, people will have to live with that. (BTW, the template should be the last in the list. So the extra newline is not a big issue (I think), I hope we get to a more permanent solution later (see Wikipedia:Chemical sources & Wikipedia talk:Chemical sources). But it is good now, I hope. Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did in IPTV. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites that you are affiliated with, and links that exist to attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policies for further explanations of links that are considered appropriate. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. See the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. [edit] Acetone peroxide

"Ok, But i take the liberty of deleting the exact date leading to the page history from the discussion page. --193.254.155.48 (talk) 13:26, 18 March 2008 (UTC)"

I've reverted this because it's somewhat pointless if the article's complete page history is visible to all, which it is. Anyone seriously wanting this information will find it, so refactoring other's comments on a talk page is unnecessary, and actually deprecated. Thanks. --Rodhullandemu (Talk) 13:35, 18 March 2008 (UTC)
