Welcome!
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions.
Currently, you are editing without a username. You can continue to do so, as you are not required to log in to Wikipedia to read and edit articles; however, logging in will result in a username being shown instead of your IP address (yours is 193.217.242.140). Logging in does not require any personal details, and there are many other benefits for logging in.
When you edit pages:
- Please respect others' copyrights; do not copy and paste the contents from webpages directly.
- Please use a neutral point of view when editing articles; this is possibly the most important Wikipedia policy.
- If you are testing, please use the Sandbox to do so.
- Do not add unreasonable contents into any articles, such as copyrighted text, advertisement messages, and text that is not related to an article's subject. Adding such content or editing articles maliciously is considered vandalism.
The Wikipedia Tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. For now, if you are stuck, you can click the edit this page tab above, type {{helpme}} in the edit box, and then click Save Page; an experienced Wikipedian will be around shortly to answer any questions you may have. Also feel free to ask a question on my talk page. I will answer your questions as far as I can! Thank you again for contributing to Wikipedia. Pascal.Tesson 16:09, 8 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] About editing as an anon
Hi. I see you have been removing a lot of prod tags today. This shows familiarity with the processes of Wikipedia and seems to indicate that you're a long time user on Wikipedia. In that case, it would be nice of you to edit under your usual account. Best, Pascal.Tesson 16:09, 8 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Do not attempt to inquire about other user's real names
Such action is questionable, and we are already dealing with issues of User:Zacheus not wanting to have this issue discussed about more. I must assume good faith that you had a good reason for asking if his real name was indeed what you suspected it to be, but please know that it's a violation of privacy to ask someone that, and that it looks like trolling, especially if you did it intentionally to drive more drama by doing exactly what he is complaining about. So, just in case you didn't read any of the rest of his user page, and didn't know, this is an especially dramatic issue right now, and we can certainly do without anyone exasperating the situation, intentionally or unintentionally. --Puellanivis 16:40, 8 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Deprods
Hi. I came here to leave a message trying to understand why you happened to deprod articles that I had proded. And lo and behold I see that you're the guy I criticized a few days ago for editing anonymously. Hey if you're angry, why not leave a message on my talk page? By deproding things like JudoJoe Productions and Oak Park Shuttle you're wasting everyone's time on AfD instead of venting off on my talk page (thus wasting only my time). Just be reasonnable about it. Pascal.Tesson 04:34, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
