The 1939 Texas A. & M. Aggies football team (variously "A. & M." or the "Aggies") represented the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas during the 1939 college football season, winning the Southwest Conference Championship[1] and the national championship.[2] The team was coached by Homer Norton and played its home games at Kyle Field.
