The 1935 Giro d'Italia, a long distance road bicycle race, was held from May 18 to June 9, 1935. It was won by the Italian Vasco Bergamaschi.
This 23rd edition covered 3,577 km at an average speed of 31.363 km/h, for a total of 18 stages.
This Giro saw the last participation of Alfredo Binda and the first of Gino Bartali, then 21 years old, who won the maglia verde.
