[edit] Tagging images as duplicates
Could you please list what the image it duplicates is when marking images as speedies? Otherwise it's very hard to verify. --fvw* 00:37, 25 September 2005 (UTC)
- Thanks for the filename; JPEGs aren't pixel-perfect reproductions of GIFs though, due to lossy compression. We should be using (and keeping) the GIF version, as that's losslessly compressed (which makes pictures too big for photos and such, but for a coat of arms it's ideal). --fvw* 00:49, 25 September 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Signing your posts
Thank you for your contributions to Talk:Proof that 0.999... equals 1. One request. It is good if you sign your posts, to distinguish what you said from what others said. You can use four tildas for that, like this: ~~~~. After you save your comment, that will become your signature together with the date. Thanks. Oleg Alexandrov (talk) 04:00, 25 October 2005 (UTC)
- Yes sir, sign your posts. Oleg Alexandrov (talk) 14:06, 25 October 2005 (UTC)
