[edit] Please stop edit warring

I would like to ask you to read Wikipedia:Edit war, which is a policy that covers reverting other users. It is a disruptive process, and can better be handled by discussing the situation with the opposing user. Another policy I suggest you read is Wikipedia:Three-revert rule. You may be blocked by an admins if you revert edits made by another user more than four times in a span of twenty-four hours. Thank you. Ksy92003(talk) 22:45, 17 August 2007 (UTC)

Actually WP:3RR allows sanctions to be applied if a user reverts more than 3 times on a single page in 24 hours, not "more than four". --Anthony.bradbury"talk" 21:47, 18 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] August 2007

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Lenny Dykstra. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content which gains a consensus among editors. - Philippe | Talk 21:53, 18 August 2007 (UTC)

If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | rangeblocks | unblock | contribs | deleted contribs) has asked to be unblocked, but an administrator has reviewed and declined this request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). Do not remove this unblock request while you are blocked.

Request reason: "this IP address is assigned to an office. As a result, everybody in the office is not able to work on wikipedia now because of the actions of one person, even if we try to log in. The offending username should be banned - not the entire IP - which is now restricted for 2 months."

Decline reason: "This IP was blocked for actions taken as the IP, not under a specific account. Additionally, this IP was previously blocked for the abuse of multiple accounts. Please log in under your own account and follow the instructions regarding an autoblock. — Vassyana 02:57, 22 August 2007 (UTC)"

Please make any further unblock requests by using the {{unblock}} template. However, abuse of the template may result in your talk page being protected.
