[edit] Your edit to WEXP
My changes were based on the public user policy. You are not supposed to add personal content to the site, this according to What Wikipedia is (and is not) (1.4.2). I am not going to draft an official warning, it's just my advice. And wasn't meant to impede your work (my comment merely highlighted the reference section because nothing in the site was actually edited).

The use of this image on that template is not permitted per terms of Wikipedia:Fair use criteria item #9 which proscribes the use of any fair use tagged image outside of the main article namespace. Thus, the image may not be used on a template. Please do not re-insert the image. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to ask. Thanks, --Durin 18:48, 20 July 2006 (UTC)
- Please read Wikipedia:Fair use criteria item #9. The incluson of the logo is explicitly banned. Quoting the policy, "[fair use images] should never be used on templates (including stub templates and navigation boxes) or on user pages". Re-inserting the image is a violation of Wikipedia policy and constitutes a form of vandalism. Stop. --Durin 18:52, 20 July 2006 (UTC)
