The New York Yankees' 1929 season was their 27th season. The team finished with a record of 88-66, finishing in second place, 18.0 games behind of the Philadelphia Athletics. New York was managed by Miller Huggins until his tragic death on September 25th. The Yankees played at Yankee Stadium.
