Greatest Hits: 18 Kids is a greatest hits album by Keith Urban, released on November 20, 2007.[1] It contains 16 of Urban's hits as well as two new songs. Two versions of the album were released: a regular edition and special edition, in which the second disc includes 12 music videos.[2] Both versions use the radio edits of Urban's songs.
The album debuted at number 11 on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart, selling about 117,000 copies in its first week.[3]
