[edit] Harry Davies

I've tried to remove the link of Harry Davies, to the page of another footballer called Harry Davies who played for Wednesday a few years later but was a different player. Not sure if I did it right. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Clive w nicholson (talkcontribs)

No, you hadn't done it right, but I've sorted it now:-) There is no article on this Harry Davies as yet... Dan1980 (talk | stalk) 17:22, 21 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Number of entered teams

Hiya, I've been busy on google and this document states 210 was the number of teams entering the cup tournament the previous year, with 244 teams entering in 1896. This is an educational handout aimed at schools, but what reason would the FA have not to publish accurate data within it? Nanobot recurve (talk) 12:40, 24 April 2008 (UTC)

I've also looked at the fa website a bit more, at according to the the cup final archive records, the statement in the article claiming that there was a process to select 32 teams might be accurate, too. I know absolutely nothing about football, though, so could someone knowledgeable spare some time to examine this and contribute their considered opinion, please?
