Warning Wikipedia's banning policy states that "Any edits made in defiance of a ban may be reverted to enforce the ban, regardless of the merits of the edits themselves. As the banned user is not authorized to make those edits, there is no need to discuss them prior to reversion."

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Telling the truth about a person is always constructive, and never vandalism. Might I ask why it is OK for John Wayne's page to mention his racism, but not for Stewart's? (172.188.166.2 (talk) 14:38, 23 January 2008 (UTC))

There is nothing wrong with the truth; however, you have presented one (incomplete) citation for that whole, lengthy paragraph. Every single sentence in such a controversial paragraph, should be referenced, preferably from more than one source and full details, including page numbers should be provided.
You also need to be aware of the three revert rule; I haven't checked properly, but I suspect you have already broken it. Thanks, Grant | Talk 15:06, 23 January 2008 (UTC)

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on James Stewart (actor). Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. If necessary, pursue dispute resolution. Grant | Talk 16:04, 23 January 2008 (UTC)

Just read ANY biography of Stewart, they all confirm his extreme and very vocal racism. (172.188.166.2 (talk) 16:05, 23 January 2008 (UTC))

[edit] January 2008

The recent edit you made to User talk:Grant65 constitutes vandalism, and has been reverted. Please do not continue to vandalize pages; use the sandbox for testing. Thanks. ScarianCall me Pat 16:20, 23 January 2008 (UTC))

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 1 week in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for abuse of editing privileges. For the record you have been blocked by another admin and I am just putting this notice up because other editors who have been watching to see if anything had happened due to your persistent vandalism did not realise the effect of your actions. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make constructive contributions. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest the block by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below. --VS talk 05:43, 24 January 2008 (UTC)
If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
