16 King Street is an historic house situated on King Street in Bristol, England.
It dates from c. 1665 and has been designated by English Heritage as a grade II* listed building.
Owned By British Architect George Ferguson. In the Early 2000's George Ferguson took on the property with the idea of turning it into a Gastro Type Pub, After months of work inside, including stripping the property back to the original Timber Frame, And Inserting RSJ's(rolled steel joist's)under each original wooden beam, the project disbanded, leaving 16 King Street derelict to this day.
